Our impact
We drive significant positive change for neurodivergent young people and workplaces.
Changing lives & the workplace
BroadFutures’ influence extends far beyond our programs, driving significant positive change for neurodivergent young people and workplaces. Our innovative approach unlocks the potential of neurodivergent talent while supporting employers in fostering cultures of inclusivity and accessibility. By supporting and promoting the unique strengths and perspectives of neurodiverse people, we are not only transforming lives today but also building a more productive, inclusive and accessible employment landscape for the future.

Beyond internships
Currently, we deliver over 3,500 hours of training and support annually to interns and employers. Since our inception in 2013, we have provided close to 25,000 hours of transformative support. Through community workshops and neurodiversity training for organizations and educational institutions, we extend our influence beyond just internship programs.
Enhancing education outcomes
We improve college completion rates for neurodivergent students, with the majority of participants who had previously dropped out returning to school after our programs.

2024 Mid-Year Program Impact Report
2024 was an exciting and successful year for BroadFutures! We expanded both our DC Internship Program and our National Program with new partners. We also extended our impact through workshops and neurodiversity training to various organizations and educational institutions.

“Working with BroadFutures has helped shape our own culture as a company. Carolyn said that focusing and creating accessible and inclusive environments benefits the entire workforce, and…we have really felt that as an employer partner with the BroadFutures interns elevating our inclusion efforts.”
