Dear BroadFutures Community,
This year, we have witnessed neurodivergent young people truly step into their power—building skills, confidence, and paid work experience that lead to meaningful careers and greater independence. Alumni and families have shared how transformative our programs are, and employers continue to tell us how their workplaces are enriched by the talent and perspective our interns bring. We are excited about our strategic vision, including strengthening partnerships and launching our new Career Accelerator Programs to reach more young people furthest from opportunity—while helping more organizations become genuinely neuroinclusive.
As I reflected on the past year, one moment from our Fall Gala stands out in particular. Several alumni—each more than seven years post-graduation—approached me, still deeply connected to BroadFutures. They spoke proudly about how BroadFutures shaped their journeys, shared what they are doing today, and expressed a desire to give back. I also heard from employer partners about the ripple effects our interns have had—strengthening teams and shifting workplace culture. In that moment, I was reminded: this is why we do this work.
And this work is only possible because of our community—our interns and alumni, families, employers, board and advisory members, partners, and those who support us quietly through referrals and advocacy. None of this would be possible without you.
On behalf of BroadFutures, thank you for your trust, partnership, and unwavering commitment to our mission. Wishing you a peaceful and hopeful start to the new year. We look forward to continuing this work together in 2026, creating more opportunity—and more futures where neurodivergent young people can thrive.
Sincerely,
