Description: Four-day immersive experience strengthening career readiness.
Eligibility: Neurodivergent young people (aged 18-26) who have a high school diploma or GEDs and are college-capable

Frequently asked questions
Where do participants stay?
We do not provide housing during the Summit, but provide participants with information on a hotel block near the Summit site. Participants who live in the DC metropolitan area are welcome to stay at home and commute in daily. Families pay housing providers directly.
Can participants apply to a Success Summit AND to an internship program?
Yes! We are happy to consider you for both programs.
What if participants need to miss a day?
Absences are limited to emergencies or illness. Participants must promptly notify BroadFutures staff if they will be absent or late.
Are there any social events?
Success Summits include in-person social events, in a variety of activities. Some examples are bowling, visiting a museum, and touring a particular part of the city. A calendar of activities will be provided at the start of the program.
What support do you provide outside of the Summit?
We expect our participants to be independent outside of the program. While we do not provide direct support outside of the program, our staff can provide participants with suggestions for activities if they require that support.
How should participants dress and what is professional attire?
This is a career preparation program, so we expect participants to be dressed in business casual—neat and polished. Think collared shirts or blouses with slacks, khakis, or skirts. Avoid jeans, shorts, or clothing that’s ripped, too tight, or too short.
