Expert Voices on Supporting Neurodivergent Young People

BroadFutures kicked off our 2026 webinar series, Ripples of Impact: Conversations on Neurodiversity, with our first session, The First Ripple: Family & Support Voices in Neurodivergent Career Journeys. Led by expert guests Judy Bass (Bass Educational Services), Dr. David Black (Center for Assessment and Treatment), and Beth Felsen (Spectrum Transition Coaching), the conversation highlighted the important role families and support systems play in helping neurodivergent young people navigate the path to employment, while also providing practical tips and strategies for managing these transitions.

Following the webinar, we hosted a special virtual discussion with our CEO Carolyn Jeppsen and alumni parents. It was a thoughtful and engaging conversation, with space to share experiences, ask questions, and connect as a community.
