Announcing a new partnership with General Dynamics BroadFutures is proud to announce our partnership with General Dynamics Mission Systems (GDMS), a global aerospace and defense company. This summer we are launching a pilot internship program with GDMS. GDMS has a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion and sought out a partnership as they recognize that the use of traditional recruitment practices can inadvertently create barriers for some neurodivergent people. BroadFutures will vett and support the young people in their internships while also educating and supporting GDMS team members in how to empower neurodivergent talent.
If you are interested in interning with GDMS this summer, apply through our website and be sure to click "General Dynamics" when indicating which program you are applying for. You can learn more about General Dynamics here.
