Our programs combine paid internships with comprehensive training and personalized mentoring, creating a supportive space where our participants can grow and access their potential.

Becoming a National Employer Partner

Designed to meet diverse employer needs, our National Internship Program can be incorporated into existing internship programs, Co-ops, or initiatives, or we can develop novel programs. Our national program boasts impressive outcomes, including a 100% intern completion rate, 100% employer satisfaction, and over a 70% conversion rate to full-time positions. Our model is designed for companies that are very early or in the middle of their journey including neurodivergent talent.
